My experience today was great. I was treated by Lancy. She had the perfect pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I have been here many many times and it’s hit and miss if you don’t reserve who you prefer to be with. And yes a lot of the time you’ll hear talking, speaking on the phone, people being welcomed in and overall just moving about. Today it was on n off several times but overall relaxing. I say to avoid disappointment then put some relaxing music in your earbuds to save any stress. But hopefully they will gain more control of this in the future so you don’t have to do this.
Friendly and knowledgable staff. They check in with you to make sure pressure is good and ask if there are any areas you would like them to focus on. Iris is great at booking you in and being so accomadating.
