Had the pleasure of working with BC Floors for both material and install and was blown away at the level of service I received from all teams.
My project manager personally met with me on multiple occasions and hand delivered samples based on what I was after. He kept in constant communication and visited the jobs site numerous times to check up on progress.
The installation team (Caloy and Robinson) were meticulous, professional and very respectful to me and the property. They made sure everything went smoothly and the floor came out perfectly.

We recently had our floors redone and couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free.
The project manager Keit was great to work with—very responsive, helpful, and made sure we understood all our options. He kept everything on track and was always available for questions.
Emerson and his crew Jason and Alex were fantastic. They showed up on time every day, were friendly, respectful of our space, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality of the installation is excellent—everything looks clean, precise, and exactly how we envisioned.
