While some patients initially encountered issues like long wait times and staff seeming unresponsive, recent improvements have been made. The agency listened to feedback, and now staff consistently offer warm blankets and show increased attentiveness. Overall, patients appreciate the caring attitude of the staff and the quality of treatment, making it a positive environment for those facing cancer care.
Spoke to Dr Peacock,oncologist replacing our regular oncologist,was he ever awesome!
He is so friendly,compassionate and understanding.You can tell he really cares about what he does.
There should be more doctors like him.
