We had a great experience from first contact to the end with Norm, Samuel, Wade and the team! We can only recommend them if you have a mature garden with bushes and trees that need to be professionally pruned and trimmed.

We have worked with Arbutus Tree Service for three different types of services. They are really straight forward and easy to deal with. They are super efficient and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they are experts in their field. It is refreshing to work with a company that pride in their services and in their customer service.

After a consultation, we booked an appointment to have our large tree trimmed to allow more light onto our deck. Our appointment was for noon so we rushed around in the morning to have all our errands finished well before then. Imagine our surprise when we returned home to find a voice mail saying that they decided not to comeL they had gone home early since they wanted to get a head start on the long weekend! I guess they enjoyed their weekend more than we did.I would have cancelled altogether but didn't want the hassle of finding another company.
