I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... Very helpful and kind to this walk-in techno-peasant in the upstairs help section. What lovely people work there ??
Not a criticism specific to this store, but to Apple in general: lack of access to phone or online support when the hard drive of my old Mac won’t erase. Or are people expected to bring in their old computers for recycling with all of their info still on it?
Wouldn’t be posting this here if I saw any other options to let Apple know this is a problem.

After purchasing a new iPhone in the US and having a nightmarish experience trying to set it up there, I returned to Canada and the staff at this store set up my phone and solved all the issues within minutes. Jessica and Thomas assisted me and were both fantastic.
