I urgently had to purchase an iPhone and went to this centre at PC, it was crazy busy and had to wait at least half hour for someone to serve us. Nevertheless, got what we wanted and had help from Bestie to retrieve my Apple ID and she was so patient, my wife and I are very pleased with her service. Excellent I would say :) 10 stars for her... I recently needed my display repaired on my Macbook Air M1 laptop. It ended up costing me around $600 to get it replaced. I didn't break it or anything, it just started having issues. My last laptop was an older Macbook, and it was considerably cheaper to repair. I wish Apple would make these devices more reasonably repairable like they used to be but it seems like they don't care about that any more :'(.

I didn’t receive a paper receipt and I was not offered one. I wanted to put the iPad on monthly payments but this option was not offered so I had to pay the full amount. I found the staff to be somewhat inattentive.
