I have only been going here recently but I have been impressed this far. Here’s the story: my engine light came on and I asked a friend for a reliable mechanic in Vancouver. He sent me here. I called in and set up a time for the next day. They plugged my car into their computer and figured out the issue (spark plugs + misfiring). They got it done fairly quickly and at a fairly reasonable price. A week later, another spark plug went and a bit irritated by that since the car was just seen. I’ve always relied on big box stores for auto services. After a high and seemingly complicated quote from my usual shop recently. A friend of mine decided to help me get a second opinion at an independent shop.
We found Amin and gave the store our request for the most crucial fix. He gave us a very reasonable quote (per GPT) on a CV axle replacement highlighting potential extra for labor depending on the bearings. We found him transparent and decided to give it a go. The extra labor was not needed nor charged in the end. We also were able to stand around and learn some auto mechanics when they were starting.
