In the past, I've had no complaints about the work of All-star staff. But there was an exception last autumn when they last washed our windows. They left marks on several windows (see attached photo). I mentioned it to our building staff, and one of the workers later came by for a look (they're supposed to deal with deficiencies within seven days). He was pleasant enough, but claimed the marks were from residue left over from when our windows were installed (more than 10 years ago). Allstar Holdings recently hired us to photograph and create new video content for their updated website. It was an honour to witness the professionalism of the Allstar team in action as they worked on various projects, such as pressure washing on tall high rises, restoring building facades on suspended platforms, and safety training sessions for their crew.
