Purchased a Miele vacuum here almost 10 years ago. Great vacuum. Today I brought it in as the suction was reduced. Great service provided by both the owner and his staff. The vacuum needs a new hose but I am happy to invest in a new part to keep this vacuum going. The owner reviewed frequency of filter changes and patiently answered my questions. Thank you!

I had a problem with the power head of my central vac system and went to the store to see if anything can be done. After asking me the details, the gentleman at the store told me it could be a problem with the hose and asked me to bring it in for checking. He did not try to sell me another power head. I went home and checked and it indeed was a bad contact in the switch on the hose. I didn't have to spend a cent and the problem was resolved. This is the kind of service seldom seen these days. Kudos to the store for their great service!

I thought my vacuum head was broken and brought my Miele in after reading all the wonderful reviews. Paul tested the vacuum head, no issue. Apparently, I just forgot to plug one one of the cords in after the last vacuum bag change.
We chatted briefly about the various brands and I am glad I invested in a Miele. I picked up more vacuum bags to support this business as I am truly thankful for his help. If you are nervous about bringing in your vacuum cleaner for service, don't be. This place is solid and professional. They know their stuff.
