can't comment much about the success rate since there was none during my time there, but I felt like she has little empathy for woman with fertilization difficulty and likes to keep the blame on the patient. I went for 6 sessions, first 1-5 was done weekly until she went for a 2-week vacation, on the 6 session she said \"if you only do this for 1-2 times, it's not going to help you, are you doubting the records I have on the frequency you're here?\" Then she went to check her records seeing the last 5 sessions, and still insisted on 1-2 times wouldn't help. She couldn't admit her own mistake, and she obviously doesn't know what she's talking about when she was the one who went on vacation for 2 weeks when the treatment stopped. She couldn't make me feel at ease as a practitioner, but instead, made me feel bad and guilty with her comments and attitude. She could be dedicated at what she does, but definitely not with an understanding attitude and I can feel comfortable dealing with.

Jenny Zhang is pure MAGIC. If you want a practitioner who is experienced, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, detail-oriented... Jenny is your acupuncturist. She takes the time to consult with you, review any test results you bring to your appointment, understand what is happening for you as a whole person, and offers the most thorough treatments. My nervous system feels so calm and balanced by the time I leave Jenny's care. I am so thrilled to have found Jenny and to be receiving her treatments.
