Unfortunately, not the best experience here. A little bit unprofessional in my opinion. The communication has not been the greatest and it has been difficult to get a hold of the clinic. I would also never receive appointment reminders. I never received receipts for the second package I purchased from them, despite being told I would. I have been coming to this please for 4 years now. Their service is amazing. The technicians are super kind , jolly and very attentive to any pain or discomfort. Plus there is no place in Vancouver which can beat their pricing ! Highly recommend.

I came here after seeing some reviews online and right after my first appointment I knew they were right.
They are super kind and take time to explain things. I personally had a painful experience for my first session and had to stop so I could come back with painkillers and she was super accommodating. She made recommendations on pain management such as a topical numbing cream.
I just finished my first full session and she even tried a different method that was easier for me.
