10/10 Brian is extremely knowledgable on mold: a subject with a lot of conflicting information. He explained some principles that even a month of research had not clarified (reading studies, books written by doctors, horror stories from people that have become experts by necessity, remediation company recommendations, etc), which helps me understand steps I can take in remediation. Despite me being currently unable to book ABM's services (which I believe would be truly worth it), he patiently and kindly answered my questions for 25 minutes and even invited me to follow up with him if I had further questions.
