My first appointment with Dr. Gary Bains was excellent. He did a comprehensive and detailed review of my teeth and gums, showing me past, present, and future work already done or possibly to be done, educating me about the reasons and solutions for problem areas. His teaching was clear, comprehensive, comprehensible, and efficient.
In addition to xrays taken, he took photos of my teeth and gums, reviewed them with me in detail and answered questions, which were very helpful and much appreciated, as I had never had these kind of photos taken before by previous dentists.

I'm so happy to have found the lovely folks at Aarm on Main. I appreciate that there is diversity in staff and the non-judgmental space. Like so many people, I've experienced anxiety going to the dentist and this office has totally shifted that for me. Every time I've had an appointment it has been stress and pain free.
I am very pleased with the dentists here - very thoughtful, thorough and explain in excellent detail the issues you may be having. I have switched over after 25 years elsewhere and glad I did.
