I love coming in to see Dr Wong. He's super friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. Had the best cleaning today with When (Renata)- she was so gentle with my concerns. So far the best experience I have had at the dentist. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this dental office. Bell is also amazing and so welcoming!
My initial new patient exam was done by a Dr Hoda, who was rude, rushed, and pushed cosmetic procedures so aggressively that she managed to miss the root canal I actually needed to do. Huge thanks to Maggie and Sharon for their attention to detail and kindness in helping make sure I got the dental care I actually needed. I'm really glad I was able to request a different dentist for my procedure and that Dr Lai was available, because Dr Lai is amazingly gentle and quick, and my root canal was impressively painless and stress-free! Dr. Lawerence Lai is super nice and patient very good with kids. Brought my 20-month-old there for her first check up, Lawrence demonstrated high level of patience and professionalism throughout the process. Went out of his way to calm my daughter down and even got bitten a couple of times 😅. His dental assistant was a very nice and professional lady too, gave me some useful tips teaching my daughter how to brush.
