I purchased a Ruffland Kennel and some accessories online, but realized the next day that I had ordered the wrong color Primo Pad. Their team was incredibly responsive and fixed the issue right away—just in time before the order shipped. The process was completely hassle-free. They even included some thoughtful goodies with my large purchase, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend checking them out, especially if you’re in the market for a Ruffland!
Barks and Recreation is the premier location in the West Kootenays for all your pet needs - food and treats for both your dogs and cats, as well as doggy daycare, training and grooming. They are also a Ruff Land Crate dealer and bring in all the beautiful colours of these seamless, moulded, kennels, with door configurations to suit your needs; I love my front and side-door models for my motorhome. Glad I discovered them, and well worth that hour-and-a-quarter drive from my little town to their store.
Highly recommend Barks and Rec for everything you need. Training, treats, huge toy selection, the staff are great. The daycare and their staff are absolutely incredible. Cannot rave enough about the daycare there.
