As far as I can tell, they got the job done, but two stars off due to the sour and rather dismissive attitude of the person on the desk. They should really try to put more effort into being a lot more helpful and friendly toward their customers. Just saying.

When I booked my car safety I made it clear that weekends at the only times that work for me I was giving an appointment for a Saturday. Drove over an hour from out of town to be told my appointment was for some reason booked for that coming Tuesday. No apologies for the inconvenience and no solution was offered despite the waste of time and gas.

Went in there for a wheel alignment, 3.5 hrs later they said it felt good, drove straight so they just balanced my tires... I asked for a wheel alignment and he said it felt OK. Wow. Biggest waste if time and money.
