I had my first EKG, which I had not been expecting, and the cardiac electrophysiologist made me feel very comfortable and kept me well relaxed despite my fairly extreme anxiety over the procedure. I was treated very kindly in regards to turning my face away when it came to taking blood samples and I appreciated the quickness with which I was in and out of my walk-in.”
