The team were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding our decisions. Kennedy was great and reassuring throughout the procedure. We would definitely recommend this team, overall excellent service.
I booked my appointment in person to make sure I felt comfortable with the vibe, and Kennedy and Pyper were so warm and accommodating, I knew right away I was at the right place! They helped me pick out my new jewelry even though it was almost closing time…and a few days later, my long-awaited septum piercing became (pain-free!) reality, care of Kennedy’s skill and attention to every detail. A fabulous experience all around!
