Absolutely horrible service. Physicians cancel appointments without communicating with patients. Front end staff don't know what they are talking about. Avoid if at all possible.

No sign if open or closed, no one answers phone, website says open when you go there it is closed!

Wasted a whole day because I couldn't do an appointment at lifelabs I had waited a month for all because the doctor didn't think to write the test on my requisition. Tried calling and they're closed during times they should be open. Huge waste of time and very unprofessional.

Worst service ! I am trying to call them from last four days but they dont want to pick call i just want to book appointment for follow up for my back pain and even they didn't picked the call even for a single time.If anyone is here with my review plaese get back to me.

Made an appointment, which was confirmed, and no call came. Sadly, looks like I’m not alone when I read other reviews here.

I signed up from Kamloops for their Telehealth and no one has called me at the appointment times given which were 10:05 and 2:30 p.m.. thanks for nothing
