The doctor started talking about how "God made me" I was so taken aback by this.... I'm supposed to trust these so-called doctors that think that a magic man in the sky made me?!?!? I want my medical services secular thank you very much!
This location very inconsistent. Even the Pharmacy said hours of operation inconsistent. 2) sign posted ‘No Walk In Doctors This Week’. 3)unable to access Viva Care website 4) you have to first book a Virtual Appointment for first timers
I got the wrong location for my x-ray sent and I ended up telling the receptionist the doctors name I seen on paper and she said it was the the Guildford docs and was trying to apologize but she just hung up. Very rude. People can get stuff wrong but that not how you deal with patients. I’ve gone there before too for check ups. Which ever Viva care is most convenient for me I’ll go but that the last time I’ll be going there’s.
