Viva Care Medical Clinic - Guildford (Inside Walmart)

Waiting here at 10:15am and no one is here to open the clinic... I understand all the 1 star reviews now.

Poor experience with Sumeet Dhillon. They were dismissive, condescending, and did not physically assess my condition during my in person visit. My notes were read over the screen and they concluded there was nothing further they could do. I understand that not all medical conditions have known cures, however, all patients seeking medical attention deserve a thorough evaluation. I sympathize with the high demands and pressures of the healthcare sector and am grateful to our healthcare workers, however it is disappointing to see our doctors prioritizing convenient care over quality care.

Since a couple of really good doctors left this clinic it has not just gone downhill, it has slid right into a river of muck.
Had phone appt. booked - no phone call came. Tried calling them - they don't answer. Sent an email - they don't reply.
That's brutally bad service.
If I could leave 0 stars I would - they honestly don't deserve 1 star with this kind of 'care' for their patients.

Good luck getting an appointment, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now and they have canceled 2 of my appointments. What a waste of time and a joke to our healthcare system. Go anywhere but here.

Don’t bother making a phone appointment with Dr. Brar. The last two I’ve booked with her never happened. I waited two hours both times. Totally understand that doctors run late but if you’re going to be excessively late, at least have the office call to update us on wait time so we aren’t left waiting for nothing. Our time is important too!

Save your time and DO NOT come in here.

I booked to see Dhillon Jan 17. I showed up and there's a note on the door he is note in. I took a day off and lost money. The confirmation email say I have to pay if I don't show up does it mean I get reimbursed since he didn't show up?

I really had worst experience here. Especially Dr. Sumeet dhillon, if i can give her 0 i will give 0 star. She is really disrespectful . I tried to explain my problem but she didn’t listen my problem. She said stop and said watch your other doctor regularly.Even, i had other problem.I don’t want to recommend to visit this doctor .

The front end staff are the worst. I had a test done in the clinic 2 weeks ago and the doctor told me to call for my results because I likely wouldn't hear from the staff first. I've tried calling for three days and it's impossible to get through and you can't leave a message. They have three reception lines and I've tried all three and it just keeps ringing and then drops the call. I also emailed and received no response. How are you supposed to get your results??

My experience with Dr. Nirmala Brar was extremely disappointing. My scheduled call was over an hour and a half late, to the point where I assumed it was not going to happen. When she finally called, her tone was rude and dismissive from the start.

I was very sick and it was Christmas Day, making it difficult to access any other care. I was told a prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, but it never came through. I later emailed support and was informed there was no record that the phone call had even taken place.

When I asked about having the prescription faxed so I could pick it up, I was told it could not be done, and she became irritated when I asked for clarification or alternatives.

I do not understand how a business can operate with this level of unprofessionalism. This experience was unreasonable and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this provider.
