This company is amazing. They are prompt, easy to deal with, well priced and do excellent work. They added a drain area to our stamped concrete that had water pooling in one area. The work was completed perfectly and they also cleaned out the drainage tiles around our house. We booked them again for our moms house and again did amazing work and were quick to respond. Stephan is the best. Would rate them a 10 if we could

I have nothing but praise for the service we received from SWR today. I am the president of a townhouse complex and this morning one of the units in our complex experienced a toilet backing up and water dripping from the sewer cleanout port in the crawl space, indicating a blockage in the sewer lateral pipe going to the street. I called SWR and Laurie answered the call. I explained the problem and she said she would make every effort to adjust scheduling and see if she could get someone out today. We had an excellent experience with SWR Drain Service Ltd. Nicole, the executive assistant, was incredibly prompt, friendly, and went out of her way to provide great customer service. Shawn and Sharma from the technical team came to service our drains today, and they did a fabulous job. They even noted roots in the sump and cleared everything thoroughly.
I highly recommend SWR Drain Service Ltd to anyone in need of a hydro jet flush. They are reasonable, trustworthy, and honest — qualities that are hard to find in a business today.
