Had a brilliant time dropping in for 5 classes over the holidays. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and supportive when signing up and doing the classes. Felt challenged during the classes but they were also very accessible if you were a beginner. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a WOD!

Brittany and John Fraser are very knowledgeable couple ,in overall fitness and nutrition . They make you feel like you can accomplish anything ,by encouraging you to do better.
