Brejesh helped us with the inspection of our house during purchase and he did a commendable job. He was very thorough with his inspection and helped us point out every problem that needed to be addressed. He also provided a detailed report the same night. He is knowledgeable and professional. Brejesh came to inspect a condo we were in the process of buying, and we couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection.Brejesh was vigilant in inspecting every part of the property to find items that required maintenance, replacement, or just some TLC. He not only noted them in his report, but also provided advice on cost effective solutions to fixing these items.Some folks may be hesitant to have an inspector go through a condo, but Brejesh came across some important items that we would not have even caught.
