Ryan Kadow was great! Very friendly, presentable and professional. I very much appreciated that he explained to me the inspection process before he started. He was very thorough and did not rush the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. I liked that he went through the report with me right after he finished. He explained the rating system and even had the inspection all on display on his iPad. I loved being able to see it all in front of me. He was very quick in emailing me my report after the inspection. Thank you. I will definitely use Northwood the next time I need an inspection.

Beni did a great job doing a home inspection for me.Despite what I had heard that inspectors would not want you in their way, he was very welcoming for me joining him during the inspection and asking questions. He explained all his findings and and answered my questions very well as we were going through the home.He pointed out additional cost/works I would have needed to do for changing the old furnace that I did not know aboutAnd he gave me some good tips on how to improve a few things in the home.
