I sent an email inquiry and Chris honestly and promptly answered my questions. He asked approriate questions, gave me his thoughts and asked for photos to deduce what the chimney problem can be all by email within the hour! Chris determined that what I needed was pest control based on the info provided. Eventhough I don't require his chimney services at this time, his professionalism, honesty and his transparent consulting opinion has gained my respect. In this day where people are out to gain only for themselves and not be good human beings, it was a refreshing start to my day to engage via email with Chris on my chimney concerns. Kudos!
Had a really crazy service call with another chimney company where the guy asked me very little about my job, came to my place, and basically said he couldn't service what I needed.
I called still smoking, explained my situation... And he spent 10 mins kindly giving me recommendations and advice on what I can do. None of which included securing his services.
Thsi kind of honesty is rare when it comes to home services. This is a clear sign of an operation that you can trust.. while I haven't had the chance to use their services, I certainly will if any opportunity arises and recommend them to anyone needing chimney services.

Not bad for a quick clean. Guy is pretty friendly. Able to work with our schedule and was available on Sundays. Took a bit longer to reply phone calls, so plan ahead might be better.
