We got Satpal to do our roof. He and his team did a great job. We had a standing seam metal roof 12" roof installed. The roof costed $25k. It was money well spent. The roof should last us for 50+ years. We won't have to worry about the roof for a long time. Satpal made sure everything was done right and was done properly. Unfortunately when he was removing the old roof, we found out the old roof (who was done by another roofer in the past) was mopped to the deck. It was sad because that costed us a few extra $$$$ to remove the old roof completely. We needed to sand the deck and install new boards on top to insure the integrity of the new roof.
