The orthotics make a huge difference, helping clients feel more upright during daily motion. The team is extremely helpful with insurance claims, preparing all documents and explaining benefits for full coverage. They ensure a seamless experience from beginning to end, though parking can be slightly chaotic on weekends.
Best service and experience! The orthotics I got made are perfect and I'm so happy with the price and quality! They also came with a 6 month warranty for piece if mind and ease. I already feel the huge difference from 2 days of use. Thanks team!
Select your therapist very carefully...its hit and miss. Had a couple of quite disappointing Physios here.
It was our first time claiming for our custom orthodontics insurance benefits and Ester was very helpful in setting up everything for us. She called up our insurance and got all the information we needed in order for us to get the full coverage and the extent of our benefits we are claiming so that we won't be spending from our own pocket. She also made all the paper works and sent us email of the progress of our claim. I highly recommend this place.
