I ve been going to this salon for almost 11 yrs. Always been super happy with Shida. There is something going on there right now. It used to be a fun place . Now the tension is thick. One stylist ( about a year) is very rude with customers and clients. She talks on her cell phone for an hour, loudly, and in a different language. Besides that I have heard her tell another employee to be quiet while she’s talking on her cell phone. Emergency when Shida was off, while blowing my hair ( I think the name starts with an F told me Shida had cut my hair unevenly. B.s. people stop me to ask where I get my hair done frequently. Everytime I visit from Quebec I book a trim with Ferial. Over the course of a year and a half my hair is at its longest and healthiest. She is amazing at cutting off dead strands of hair without compromising your hairs length or layers. Attaching my before and after pics for reference!
So glad I found Ferial today ...she's been scheduled on different days than normal and my regular day to see her has been difficult to arrange on my behalf..***not hers..she's been a godsend to me..after a serious head surgery she is always gentle professional and a pleasure.....and my hair is beautiful after her magic!..thankyou Ferial!....corry
