This was my second time coming in with my obscure questions about fittings. This time I was looking for 6 inch pipe for a project. I dealt with the same guy at the front desk. He acknowledges you right away even if he's busy. He patiently listens and actually shows some interest in helping you. Very nice person, genuinely helpful. The other staff seem nice as well.

Needed an issue solved for my new motor. Spence at lordco said try B.A .Robinson just across the road. So nice to walk into a store when your barely in the door and someone says 'how can I help you?. Explained what I needed and solved my issue asap. Definitely use BA. Robinson . Or spend an hour searching through a big box. Great service. Very happy
