I’ve been to this salon 2 times, and each time has been progressively worse. After booking an appointment in advance, I was made to wait for over 3 hours – completely unacceptable. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I’ll never be back. If you value your time and money, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I made an appointment a day in advance, but upon arriving, I was made to wait for 2 hours. What followed was even more frustrating – they started haircut, only to leave it unfinished and move on to another client, which left me feeling trapped and unable to leave. When I asked for a discount due to this inconvenience, the stylist refused and was unapologetic, stating that other customers were okay with similar treatment. After arguing for 15 minutes, they reluctantly reduced my bill by only $5, which didn’t come close to compensating for the poor service I received. This experience was the worst I’ve ever had at a salon. I will not be returning. I highly advise you to read all reviews before visiting, as this place is unprofessional and unethical.

Worst salon worst lady … illiterate people … zero customer service , charging extra for nothing. And meeting their friends while doing my eyebrows and messed it up and blaming the customer that you are wasting my time . Won’t recommend at all

Reet and team are very good with taking care of their customer’s needs. Entire team goes out of their way to make the special days much more special for their clients. The owner leads the team well and entire team works hard to do their best. If you are in Surry , I highly recommend that you pay them a visit and indulge in pampering you deserve the most.
