Being a huge animal person I've been dealing with PetSmart for basically my entire life since I got my first hamster as a little boy to the menagerie of animals I have now. I always love the friendly service and good selection. Highly recommend for animal lovers!
I visited this fish store yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience started off quite disappointing. The first staff member who assisted us refused to pick the specific fish we wanted, even though it was part of her job. She seemed uninterested in helping and unwilling to provide proper customer service, which was surprising because in all our previous visits, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Her attitude left a negative impression and did not reflect the good service we usually receive here.

Today we had a wonderful experience with the grooming department. I highly recommend taking your dog for a groom at this location. My cavapoo is just around a year old and this is her 4th groom visit. It was her first visit to petsmart and this was her best haircut I've seen. Devin did an incredible job and I would highly recommend her for any grooming. She is very kind, caring, professional, and skilled. The other groomers were also very kind and professional. I will continue to do business with Petsmart because of the great service provided and I appreciate the attention to detail and care for my dog that Devin, the staff, and Petsmart provided. Thank you!
