Customers praise the exceptional service and care provided by the staff at Bosley's. One customer, Madi, is described as an "extraordinary help" for her cat Precious, going above and beyond to find the best food for the sick kitty. Madi's genuine love for animals is why the customer will keep coming back to seek her suggestions and help. Another customer, however, was disappointed that the cashiers did not offer to help clean up after their dog had an accident in the store. Overall, Bosley's is highly recommended for its wide selection of pet products, clean and organized stores, and caring staff who are passionate about the wellbeing of animals.
