The hairstylist undermined me when I mentioned that my daughters thick hair was cut choppy. She said because the hair was oily. I questioned why not wash it and i mentioned i have never seen a stylist in my life cut dry hair. The stylist said “her hair would have been too slippery when it was wet.” I said I don’t mind paying another $14 for my daughters hair to be washed and recut… so we continued a wash and the stylist didn’t go over to blend it. Now it looks like someone from grade 2 attacked my daughter with scissors. The stylist kept saying how she is right, I am wrong. I am offended that she would not have made our visit good. We know now that we need to demand rather than ask.

I am really disappointed with this salon. I booked them for hair and makeup months ago and I believe I booked my appointment with the owner of this salon. She called me a week before my niece’s wedding to change the time of my appointment. She wanted me to get ready at 11:00 am for the reception in the evening at 7:00 because she had other plans. I had to cancel my appointment with her and I had to find someone else for the makeup and hair in the short time. I am really pissed ?

I tried this place out due to moving and being within walking distance and it was great! Taji (I apologize if I remembered the name wrong) did a fantastic job for my eyebrow wax. I’m very happy with the shaping, clean up, and overall experience ?

Passionate beauty salon and lounge is perfect for every service and the area is clean and well organised.The staff is friendly and great.The products they use are really very nice and the owner of the salon and parlour gives the best advice.Thats all I want to say it’s the best place to get the service done.?????Services: Body waxing

I love the hygienic environment of this salon and customer friendly behaviour of employees. They did great job every time for my eyebrows and facial ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Would definitely recommend to everyone ?

I had an appointment with them. When I went there she completely ignored me and did not greet and kept doing whatever she was doing. I stood there for few minutes and left without getting anything done. They should work on customer service.

They don’t know what to do with hair.Lady cut my hair she made them so uneven. I asked for simple straight cut. Now I have to go other salon to get it fixed.Worse hair salon.
