I am writing to express my disappointment with the haircut my boyfriend received from Brandon at Hadies, a barbershop with a well-established reputation. Unfortunately, the service fell short of our expectations. It appeared that Brandon was more focused on promoting his skateboarding activities on Instagram than on delivering quality haircuts to his clients. My boyfriend has consistently had positive experiences with Dylan, who provides exceptional service and is always friendly.
Moreover, Brandon kept my boyfriend waiting due to running late, which is unprofessional and does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment like Hadies. I believe it is important to hold service providers accountable, and I intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience. Given the circumstances, I think Brandon's performance should be seriously reconsidered, and I may also share our experience through a local newspaper article to raise awareness.

I have curly hair and tend to be careful who I go with to cut my hair. JP is an amazing barber who always has me feeling good after a cut. He breaks down his approach every time and always makes me feel reassured by his expertise. Highly recommend him for your next cut!

Just got a haircut and beard trim by Rodel.T and it turned out excellent. Clean fade, precise cut, and my beard looks sharp and natural. Super friendly service and great attention to detail. Definitely coming back.

I’ve had Rodel for a few years now. What makes him stand out as a barber is how he takes his time with the style and would rather not cut as much to text if there is room to fix, than to cut too much. My hair is a work of art because of him.

Simon consistently delivers exceptional cuts and holds himself to the highest standards. He treats his craft like an art form, taking his time, paying attention to every detail, and making sure everything is just right. My teenage son absolutely loves his haircuts! On top of that, Simon is just a genuinely great guy. Highly recommend.
