I highly recommend this auto repair shop! The staff are friendly, proactive, and make the whole process completely stress-free. All I had to do was provide my ICBC claim number, and they took care of everything else—including arranging a courtesy car for me. I fully trust their professional skills, and they truly give me peace of mind. Although I hope I won’t need repairs again, I would definitely come back if I do!

My car rear window was broken, and was looking for repair. I went to several autobody shops, but this was the only one that can give me quick estimate right away, and the window was fixed one week after. It was quite efficient and make my life much easier.

I very disappointed with this Body shop I Regret take my car Mercedes 2024 there they not professional with details the replace the back bumper with new one but I can notice not back in place just the good thing with thin I find early appointments because other Body shop needs double time to take my car

I have lived in white rock for 20yr and have been there a few times over the years,, always because of someone else, the staff here are absolutely amazing. Hands down the service gets better every time, they will go above and beyond to get you and your vehicle back on the road as quickly as they can. Thanks everyone for your outstanding work

I went to get my car repaired and it took them more than 1 month to order the part until I told them the part was available. Also they didn't tell me that I have to pay the GST beforehand. Tim was very disrespectful with me he could've listened and responded respectfully. Not satisfied with the customer service they provided.

Richmond Auto Body on 24th Avenue and KGH in South Surrey have just completed body repairs to my 2010 Lexus SUV.
The vehicle now looks like new.
They did an excellent repair. The Office and GM were a delight to meet.
