The owner Louie is super knowledge. Louie was quickly able to recommend the optimal solution to reroute a neighbour's cooking vent. The vent was causing cooking odours to enter my suite. The office manager Adam was very helpful as well.
I can’t say enough great things about this company!! Our AC unit crapped out in this heat. We had a company come look and told us it was the compressor. I was suspicious, so I called Next Day for another opinion. They were fast, fit us in knowing the heat wave is coming and how much of a pain it is not having AC. When the technician arrived he was so friendly and explained everything. Immediately told me it’s not the compressor or the unit would be making a loud noise, said his gut was it’s low on refrigerant. Couldn’t be happier with the service from these guys. AC died in the midst of a heatwave, and after confirming it was making the house unlivable for our family they managed to get us a next day early morning booking. Really appreciated them finding a way to help despite the workload I’m sure they were under. Will be using again for annual service.
