****Update**** I’m happy to say that I was contacted by the service manager Chris today. He asked me what had happened and I explained the situation to him. He immediately told me he’d rectify the situation. Within the hour he was on scene and fixed the problem. I can’t speak highly enough about Chris! It’s not just he took care of the problem, it was the manner he did it extremely polite, friendly and professional! He is a credit to the company,5 plus star service!

Strata had National Air clean our drier vents from the roof tops. Upon their cleaning mine debris fell into the dryer which could be heard when the dryer was turned on. It sounded like sand and stones knocking in the drum. Moments after their cleaning I told the service person onsite who then inspected the noise. He contacted his office and they sent over two service techs within the hour. They were polite, handled my appliances with care, and solved the problem. Thank you.
