This branch and especially Justin have been great. They do a thorough check over my vehicle every time. Even taking the cover off to look at the oil drain plus cabin & air filters.
They've honored their warranty on my Cross climate 2s with regular rotations and balancing. One tire needed a repair, done. Then I got a screw that was too close to the side wall to be repaired so they replaced it with only an installation fee.

I took my car in for a transmission fluid change few days ago and Bobby and his team were fantastic. From start to finish was I treated with respect and kindness. Couple of days later my tire was damaged and I called up the store for immediate help and they didn't hesitate to help me even though they were extremely busy. I trust MIDAS to do all of my cars maintenance. I appreciate the detail images and explanation they send me after inspection.
Special thanks to the technician who had fix my tire rim protector which was very challenging to do.
