I had a great experience with this shop for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they thorough, they took the time to explain the issues they found, including estimates for projected part life and replacement costs, and even shared the many pictures they took during the inspection. I would absolutely come back for service, confident that my vehicle was in good hands.

Alvin and his team did a great job on my rear brakes so I am happy with the results. Alvin's front desk service was excellent with all options discussed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is due to the fact that there was a $300+ discrepancy between Alvin's quote over the phone to his quote once I got there. To be clear, nothing changed on my behalf with regards to what I requested over the phone versus when I got there and I was very clear as to what I wanted. This is called bait and switch for which I didn't appreciate and will not forget in the future.
