    As a resident living directly next to the construction site at Robson and Seymour Street in Vancouver, where Metro-Can Construction is building a Marriott hotel, we have experienced repeated strong vibrations from explosions conducted by their contractors. We raised our concerns directly with the company, but the responses we received were surface-level and have not led to any meaningful resolution.

    DANGEROUS & IRRESPONSIBLE - STAY AWAY
    This company is a disaster. They teamed up with the Everest Group on this project and abandoned the high-rise project on the 5th floor, leaving debris everywhere and causing massive damage to the neighboring property with leaks in are
    underground parking, massive holes cut into the underground concrete walls, black mold, and water damage
    They have left 300+ exposed peri reshores, creating a serious safety hazard for anyone nearby. No cleanup, no accountability, no respect. This is negligence, bullying, and dangerous behavior.     Daniel, a manager, decided to leave a job unfinished after he illegally entered my home without permission. Daniel and Mike both tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a young female, trying to gaslight me into thinking I don't know what I am talking about. These men are extremely unprofessional, talking down to me, belittling me, and ultimately tried to walk all over me.Mike was at the fault for my animal being neglected while he promised there were no issues with her being home as he completed some work in my home.
