The Staff did a great job helping with a problem that the dealer dropped the ball on. I needed a tcm for my transmission the dealer could not get the part had truck for a month no idea when part would come. Thinking outside the box I called Jp Trans thinking they my have a different parts supply. Took a chance and won they came thru had my truck back 3 days later. Thanks for helping me out will be using them again.Service: Transmission
We came in with a plow truck needing service Immediately as snow was expected that night. They installed a new transmission that day and we were ready to go for our customers the next morning.Service: Transmission repair
Awesome! I needed a transmission rebuilt, the guys at JP did it at more than reasonable price. They offer an excellent warranty for their work, which they honoured 100% when I had to bring it in a bit later. I would definitely go back if I had to. I wish more shops were like this.
