Joe and his dad and sister are all very welcoming and kind. All the staff are professional and do excellent work. I went based on a friend's recommendation after my catalytic converter was stolen. Joe took me through the repairs, the ICBC process (1st experience with that), and extended several kindnesses to me. Businesses that are honest, fair, kind, and respectful towards their clients are very rare, and Fleetwood excels at every turn. Just be prepared for how busy they can get because the word is out!
