From her smile to her easy-going sales approach Ranjit was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her patience with a difficult situation was only outshone by her willingness to navigate through it with ease. Her knowledge of the products was immeasurable & Ranjit went well beyond onsite customer service…. & straight into our living room. A rainy day "drop by to look" turned into a fantastic experience and an exciting purchase of a beautiful big new rug. Ranjit's excellent service is a big part of the reason for our purchase. Customer service, knowledge and attitude all deserve a 5 star rating. Ranjit paid close attention to our thoughts on colour and texture and supported our eventual decision by pointing out how the various colours would fit with our decor - which she had not seen but had really listened to. I highly recommend Ranjit for any carpeting needs!! Thanks Ranjit!!
