Not thrilled about my experience yesterday and the attached photos prompted this review. It would be nice if the mechanics could be more respectful of the vehicle's exterior with their greasy hands. I know it's a jeep, but come on dude. Now I have to buy something to get this off because it's not coming off easy. Awesome 🙃
Same with the payment terminal - you put your greasy gloves all over it then act a bit surprised when asked for paper towels after I used it. Where else am I supposed to put all the oil you just transferred to my hands?
Anyways - I am hoping everything I got done on my car was necessary. $650 was not what I had in mind when I originally...read full review
I went to Jiffy Lube south Surrey location for emergency oil change. I had great experience of their service. Staff members are very friendly and answered my questions properly. Overall I had very good experience and I would recommend this location.
recently went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and really appreciated how convenient the whole experience was. Being able to just drive in and have everything taken care while your in the vehicle is a huge plus. While it’s a bit more expensive than my regular mechanic, they definitely go above and beyond. They checked all the extra items, lubricated my doors, filled the air in my tires, and made sure everything was in good shape. The service was very friendly and professional, special thanks to Bikram for the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back for the convenience and great care.
