Anita and her family were lovely to work with in the creation of my new ring. They designed exactly what was in my mind, bought gold that I had and sold a diamond for me to go toward the cost of the ring. They sourced a pink sapphire which are harder to find. Timeline was super reasonable and Anita was very communicative through the entire process. 10/10 recommend working with this family run business!
This review is long overdue. Some repair shop cannot do the same day. I brought my broken necklace to get fixed and had a flight early next day. Camillo was kind enough to fix my necklace it same day and was about 2pm already. He did a great job, you cannot even tell it was cut-off. I highly recommend this place!
I called before showing up just had a few questions and it was the first time I've needed to get a chain fixed that is very sentimental. The lady who answered was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I decided to go in right away. As I walked in greeted by this lovely lady who honestly was the sweetest lady to talk with. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew her stuff plus offered great suggestions and even helped me consider designing a ring from a pendant I brought in.
