Outstanding company. Good Guys installed a new furnace 2 years ago. Heat exchanger failed. To my understanding Lennox was going to replace the furnace but decided only to repair. Good Guys decided to replace the furnace out of their own pocket. 2 weeks later the furnace would intermittently stop working. Several hours analyzing and many replacement parts were installed on the new furnace. In the end it was determined our vent pipe was vandalized by someone outside stuffing rocks inside the pipe. This was impossible to detect until the pipe was cut open from inside the house. Thousands of dollars and many man hours spent to come to the source of our problem. The cost to us was Zero dollars. We have used Good Guys Heating Cooling Plumbing over the last few years, more recently in the purchase of a new furnace and A/C system which we are extremely happy with.
