I’ve seen Dr Pather since the 2010s at this same clinic. Scheduling has always been awful but in recent appointments has been much worse. Don’t know if it was the phone process changing or staff change but have had 4 appointments recently that were all miss scheduled. My most recent one I didn’t receive the call for a phone appointment and when I reached out to reception to follow up they told me they cancelled my appointment due to a missing form. After discovering the form was not missing my appointment was still cancelled. My appointments have been mislabelled all of the other times such as my WorkSafe appointments being labelled as ICBC. Eric has always been very helpful and indeed the best. The doctors are very keen in discussing the results of the tests and their treatment plans. I’m so grateful for this clinic.

This is an amazing family medical Clinic. Unfortunately our Canadian Healthcare System is not meeting the demands of a growing population subsequently creating poor working conditions for all, especially front-liners and receptionists, as you can see there are several unfair misguided reviews. My phone call was also mishandled, I’m still giving a five star review and have great empathy.
