I recently visited this salon for eyebrow waxing and threading, and unfortunately my experience was not good. Right after the service, I developed visible irritation and what appears to be skin lifting/burn on my eyelids (photos attached). The skin around the eyes is very delicate, and this should have been handled with much more care.

I understand that minor redness can happen, but this was beyond normal and quite concerning. What made the experience worse was how carelessly the situation was handled by the staff. When I pointed it out, it was brushed off very casually, as if this level of reaction was normal. The only response was applying aloe vera gel, without any proper acknowledgment or aftercare guidance, which reflects a lack of professionalism and concern.

I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their technique and safety standards, especially when working on sensitive areas like the eyelids.

Aman really did good work. I had a good experience at Desire Hair and Beauty Parlour. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the service was done with care. I was happy with the results and found the pricing reasonable. Would recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Desire Beauty Salon! I went in for Kera Smooth treatment along with a haircut, and I’m honestly so happy with the results. My hair feels incredibly soft, smooth, and the haircut added such a fresh, stylish look — it suits me perfectly.

If you want a haircut for you toddler, ask for the owner.
She cut my 2.5 year old baby girl uneven hair into a style without cutting any extra hair or length needed and did a neat job.
Also for eyebrows ask for her too, she will do your eyebrows before you even finish spelling 'eyebrows' and that too painlessly.

Thus place does not care about customers all they care is money, I spoke with owner over the phone she said for you will do $80 full color when i went she got busy with another customer then told me $100 , I told her you told me $80 she said i tought you were another lady which was very rude. Also she said oh your hair is orange while they have done my hair . I would recommend not to go here i have 3 customers that will never step here worst customer service I have waisted time to come from Vancouver and waited 27 min while she booked for me. I left and did not do the color.

I always visit this parlour for facial and hairspa and threading.
I really love the service offered by Mini. She is very professional and polite in her work. Would highly recommend her.
