Such an amazing couple that work here. I got my hair color and hair cut from this place. It was done exactly as I wanted. My family loves them too. Highly recommend. ♥️♥️

Yesterday was my first visit to Ceci Hair Salon for a hair cut and color. Kate, the hair stylist, did a good job; both the hair cut and color matched my expectation.

All my coworkers said I over paid and got ripped from this place. Walked in to get a simple hair cut. Someone referred me to this place, told me she was reasonable for price. In and out within 15 minutes. Just dry cut no wash or hair products. I've paid just over $50 tip included. I went home and washed my hair and noticed a few strands are not even.

Kate is freaking amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Ever!

I went to dye my roots, but the color didn't come out the same at all, and I ended up with two-tone hair. The black part of the hair that had grown out and the brown part of the previously dyed hair were clearly distinguishable, so I even made a motion of touching that part myself when drying it. What the director said was, 'We toned down the areas that grew out' (???), and there were other customers, so I passed it on and came back, and I was so angry at the sight of myself applying hair dye at home that I decided to post a review. The director seems like a nice person and was thankful that he cut my hair right away when I was in a hurry last time, so I went to see him again. I wouldn't have felt so bad if he had told me honestly, like, 'The color didn't come out well.' I wonder if you used the word ‘down’. What kind of stupid customer would go and tone down the black areas that have grown out? We go to match the color of the black part that has grown with the dyed part. Are you going to tone down the previously dyed areas??? And when I went to get my roots dyed today, I didn't even ask to tone down just the black part that had grown out. Also, the word 'tone down' is used when dyeing the hair to tone down the overall color of previously dyed hair. Most people do not go for root dyeing and ask to tone down only the black parts that have grown out. I am speaking from the perspective of running a business. I think we also need the courage to be honest with our customers about it even when we don't get good results. Even if the director did not intend to do so, he created a very unpleasant experience for the customer.

I am really happy with how the down perm and trim turned out.

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The stylist gave me an amazing men's perm and haircut. She's caring and really listens to what you want. Highly recommended!
