Waiting despite appointment is disappointing. For early morning appointments you wait for 20 to 30 min and during the day you wait even an hour. And then the doctor can’t offer even 10 min. Can’t discuss more than one problem. Doctor is good. Appointments are easily available generally in a day or two. Medicines are easily available and pharmacy people are quite prompt and responsive.

Dr. Fahad Shah has been an exceptional family doctor for me and my family. He is professional, compassionate, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. His assistant, Raj, is also fantastic—very organized, friendly, and always ready to help with scheduling or follow-ups. Together, they make every visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the care and attention they provide. Highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team!

I’m a delicate and sensitive person, and Dr.Farad Shah. I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met him in 2020 and the way he followed up. He is not only an Excellent Doctor , he is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, a Great Social Worker, friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service with his selfless services. Always amazing treatment. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advice, hardly find such non commercial Doctors in this era. And specifically thanks to receptionist Raj who always keep me posted all the times with my recognition and following up appointments with the doctor.
